Deborah Boucher is senior Associate Principal Consultant with icorp.ca inc. Deborah has been advising clients for twenty-five years and has applied her experience in accounting, business management and computer technology to enable organizations to realize effective management information systems. Deborah's particular emphasis is on smoothing the transition to new information management environments through a hands-on, client-centred approach to each assignment.

Robin Coates is a Principal Consultant with icorp.ca inc. Robin has over fifteen years of experience in Project Management and Management Consulting throughout North America.
