Peter Ostapchuk CPA, CA, ICD.D, ACC, CITP is the founder and president of inc.. Peter has over 29 years of private and public sector financial advisory, governance, restructuring, and financial performance management expertise in leadership roles. He is a graduate of McMaster University, a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant, an accredited ICD.D director through the Institute of Corporate Directors, Audit Committee Certified (ACC) through the Directors College, and specially designated as a Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP).

Prior to establishing, Peter was a Principal Advisor with EY and PwC, risk management advisor with the Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation (CDIC), and formerly Deputy Chief Financial Officer for a federal Crown corporation, with an ex-officio seat on the Audit and Finance Committee of the Board.

Over the past 16 years, Peter has been the driving force of, with expertise as an advisor to public and private sectors, providing virtual COO | CFO business advisory, strategy and governance services for financial operations and control, strategic planning and transformation, restructuring, M&As, and financing and funding.

As a corporate director, Peter sits on the Investment Committee of the Board of the Royal Ottawa Foundation for Mental Health, and the Canadian Participating Committee for development of the ISO International Standard for Management Consultancy. Peter also sat on the Board of Alterna Savings for six years, a regulated financial institution with funds under management in excess of $5 Billion, and formerly sat on the Board of Alterna Bank, a Sch. Les Routlege is a Principal eBusiness Associate with inc. and was most recently the Executive Director of WESTARC Group Inc. Prior to this, Les was a Principal with PricewaterhouseCoopers where he was an advisor in the telephony and technology practice. Les's areas of expertise include the development of user needs assessments, technology impact studies, organizational development strategies and evaluation studies.
